Francesca Pedrosa Rodriguez is a dedicated attorney specializing in domestic violence, harassment, family law, divorce, children’s matters, estates, property, and labour law. With a strong passion for advocating for survivors, she has been volunteering with Rise Against Domestic Violence SA (RISE) since 2021 and currently serves as the Head of Legal, providing critical legal guidance and support to those in need.

Her expertise in domestic violence cases have made her a fierce advocate for survivors, ensuring they have access to justice and protection.

In addition to her work with RISE, Francesca is leading efforts to expand legal services by collaborating with Students for Law and Social Justice (SLSJ) to establish a virtual law clinic domestic violence and harassment department, aimed at providing free legal assistance to vulnerable individuals.

Her unwavering commitment to justice, combined with her deep understanding of the legal challenges survivors face, makes her an invaluable part of the RISE team.

Francesca's goal is not only to provide legal representation but also to advocate for a more equitable justice system where those who need help the most are given a fair opportunity to seek it.
